The rooftop bar offered breathtaking city views.
During my stay, I faced numerous issues that impacted my experience. The check-in process was frustrating, as I wasn't granted the room upgrade I was promised, despite the hotel's availability. my room had leaky windows that let in noise from the street, making it nearly impossible to relax or sleep.

Luxurious breakfast buffet offering an array of high-quality dishes made each morning feel special. The spa services provided a perfect escape with reasonable prices for treatments, a highlight during our stay.
Room temperature control was an issue. it felt uncomfortably warm at times, which could be bothersome for those sensitive to heat. the noise from street traffic could disrupt a peaceful night's sleep, particularly in front-facing rooms. The absence of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room was disappointing, leaving a gap in the expected amenities often found in places like this.

The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city while enjoying crafted cocktails. I also loved the breakfast spread, which included freshly baked pastries and a delightful selection of organic juices. the lack of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room was quite surprising for a hotel of this standard.
